All transactions execute automatically via decentralized smart contracts. Therefore, you are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of the assets you purchase.

1. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Commitment

Cryptocun.com is strictly committed to preventing its platform from being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activities. We actively monitor on-chain interactions and collaborate with global compliance networks to identify and report suspicious transactions.

2. Know Your Customer (KYC) Procedures

While decentralized crypto-to-crypto trades rely on wallet anonymity, any transaction involving Fiat currency (Credit/Debit Card payments) is securely processed by our licensed gateway partners (e.g., Transak, Wert). To complete fiat purchases, users must pass a mandatory KYC verification process implemented by these providers, which includes government-issued ID verification and liveness checks.

3. Sanctions and Restricted Regions

We do not offer services to individuals or entities located in regions under comprehensive international sanctions. Wallets associated with known illicit activities will be permanently blocked from accessing our smart contracts.

Dispute Resolution & Refunds

1. Finality of Blockchain Transactions (No Refunds)

Due to the cryptographic and immutable nature of blockchain technology, all NFT sales, trades, and transfers executed via smart contracts on Cryptocun.com are final. Once a transaction is confirmed on the network, it cannot be reversed, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Fiat Payment Gateway Disputes

If you experience an issue related to a credit card purchase (for example, your card was charged but the transaction failed to mint the NFT), this specific dispute must be directed to the third-party payment provider (e.g., Transak or Wert) that processed your fiat transaction. Cryptocun acts only as a user interface and does not hold, process, or store your fiat funds.

3. Platform Disputes and Arbitration

For any disputes arising directly from the use of our platform interface (excluding smart contract executions), users agree to resolve the issue through binding arbitration, waiving the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
